How can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it anytime:

Visit our Order Tracking Page, enter your order number and email, then click “Request Cancellation”.

If you have an account, you can also go to My Account → Orders and click “Request Cancellation” next to your order.

*Note: A 5% cancellation fee will be charged by PayPal.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

You can also visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your order number and email address to check the status.

Tracking updates may take some time, especially during holidays. If there’s no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

How long does it take to ship after I place an order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days.
The estimated shipping date for pre-order items does not include order processing time.
