Do I need to pay customs duties when shipping to the United States?

No. Currently, there are no import duties for shipments to the U.S. under $800 USD (de minimis threshold).

Due to ongoing changes in U.S. import tariff policies, we will temporarily suspend shipments to the United States until the situation becomes clearer.

At present, only items labeled “US Stock” can be shipped to the United States. Due to potential import duties of up to 75%, many packages may be refused or returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to bear the high costs associated with such returns.

If I paid via PayPal, will I be charged a fee if I cancel my order or request a refund?

Yes. PayPal no longer refunds transaction fees. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your order or request a refund.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by clicking the “Cancel Order” link in the confirmation email, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

You can also visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your order number and email address to cancel your order.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some exclusions may apply.

Please note that return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How long does it take to process a cancellation refund?

Refunds for canceled orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

You can also visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your order number and email address to check the status.

Tracking updates may take some time, especially during holidays. If there’s no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

How long does it take to ship after I place an order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days.
The estimated shipping date for pre-order items does not include order processing time.
