If a package is returned because the customer refused to pay customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and any administrative fees charged by the carrier. The remaining balance will be refunded after the package is safely returned to our warehouse.
Yes. PayPal no longer refunds transaction fees. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your order or request a refund.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some exclusions may apply.
