Return Conditions: To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that your item meets the following criteria:
- Return Window: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in brand new, unassembled, and unused condition.
- Complete Packaging: Please retain all original packaging, parts, screw packs, and manuals. Note: Returns will not be accepted if the protective film on case components, such as acrylic panels, has been peeled off.
Inspection & Refund Process:
- Video-Recorded Inspection: To protect the rights of both parties, we will record the entire unboxing and inspection process upon receiving your returned item.
- Full Refund: Once we confirm the item is in its original, brand-new condition without any issues, we will issue a full refund immediately.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment platform.
