2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or show signs of intentional damage.
  • Customized or limited-edition items.
  • Requests made after the return period has expired.

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, return the item to the designated address. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
  • After inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
  • In cases of defective products or incorrect shipments, we will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
