Chunghwa Post has resumed accepting merchandise shipments to the United States starting June 1. Compared with certain previous shipping methods that may have resulted in estimated duty costs ranging from approximately 25% to 85%, merchandise shipments sent to the United States via Chunghwa Post are currently subject to a temporary 10% duty rate.
To celebrate the reopening of this shipping service, we will offer a duty and related handling fee coverage promotion for U.S. orders from June 1 to June 30. During the promotional period, customers who choose to ship their orders to the United States via Chunghwa Post will have the related duties and handling fees covered by us, with no additional payment required for these fees.
If, during the promotional period, the duty rate is increased or additional related fees are imposed due to changes in U.S. customs regulations, government policies, or postal requirements, this promotion may be adjusted, modified, or terminated early based on the actual circumstances.
