Warranty/Return/RMA

Warranty

1. All GEEEK computer cases have a 1-year warranty.

2. Free replacement (Within 30 days) only applies to DOA (dead/damage on arrival)  After 31 days, customer will have to pay for the shipping cost.

3. Request for replacement due to improper use or accident, buyer can pay for the replacement part and shipping cost (photo with the damaged part is required, please e-mail to service@geeekstore.com) 

4. Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair, or replacement as described below in this warranty statement:

4-1 This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable

4-2 GEEEK warrants that during the warranty period will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period.

4-3 This limited warranty applies only to products that are NOT subject to accident, Transportation, Storage, Improper Use or Misuse, Failure to follow the product instruction or to perform any preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair or alterations, normal wear and tear, or any other external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

4-4 The limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 30 days from its shipment to you, so you have to notify GEEEK of any defect by email to service@geeekstore.com within 30 days of discovery of defect (before assembling the case).

Returned

Customers should responsible for ensuring that your package can be successfully delivered. If the package fails to deliver, it will be shipped back to GEEEK(sender), and incur a returned-shipping fee. Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee due to delivery failure.

– Post office: hold mail for 15 days before returning it to the sender.
