|How long will it take to ship the package?|
After checkout, packages are shipped out within 2-3 working days upon payment.
Except for weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Taiwan National Holidays.
* If you placed the order on Friday (GMT +8), we may ship out your order until next Monday.
|What are the shipping costs and methods for the selected item?|
Simply add the item in your shopping cart, and select your province/zip code by using the Calculate Shipping to check shipping rates.
Taiwan Post / EMS / OCS : Delivery standard applies to business days in the destination (excludes the time for customs clearance)
DHL / Fedex : Global shipping 2~4 business days (usually include the time for custom clearance)
|Which country can you ship?|
We can ship to the worldwide. If you can’t find the shipping cost to your destination, please contact us.
|Do I have to pay Custom or other fees? And does the import tax fee and custom duties already included in the shipping cost?|
Import taxes and custom duty fees do NOT included in the shipping cost.
All taxes and duties will be responsible by customers, including any customs and import taxes which may be a government requirement of import into your country.
These fees will be charged when your package reaches its destination country.
We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
If you choose either DHL or Fedex express shipping service, buyers may be charged the “Advance Payment”.

|What currency will I be charged in? What about any international exchange rates?|
We use USD dollars and for the international exchange rates will depend on Paypal’s charging rules.
|Can you lower the cost on the invoice to avoid/reduce the local tax and custom duties?|
We’re afraid NOT. If ship by DHL, due to all the invoices were geneterated automatically by order system, we are not able to modify the cost on the invoices. And, custom will charge to sellers/buyers with higher tax, penalty cost when they detected the cost on the invoice was modfied with lower cost.
|Do I have to leave the telephone number on the order?|
Yes. All the courier companies will request receiver’s telephone number on the shipping document, so that they can contact receiver when they are not able to deliver the parcel to your destination successfully.
|How can I track my parcel with “International standard airmail”?|
A package sent by airmail can be tracked from the day it is sent from Taiwan but will only be visible when it has arrived in your country. Then you will be able to track the parcel from your local post office.
|Can I ship to APO/FPO or DPO Addresses?|
The only way to send an item to an APO, FPO or DPO address is to use the Postal Service or EMS.

How to cancel and change my order?
You can either cancel your order before it’s shipped.
You can visit “My Account”->”Orders”->”Choose the order number”->”Action: Cancel” to cancel the order.

How long does it take for a Cancelled order to be refunded?
Refunds can take 3~5 working days
1. All GEEEK computer cases have a 1-year warranty.
2. Free replacement (Within 30 days) only applies to DOA (dead/damage on arrival) After 31 days, customer will have to pay for the shipping cost.
3. Request for replacement due to improper use or accident, buyer can pay for the replacement part and shipping cost (photo with the damaged part is required, please e-mail to email@example.com)
4. Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair, or replacement as described below in this warranty statement:
4-1 This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
4-2 GEEEK warrants that during the warranty period will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period.
4-3 This limited warranty applies only to products that are NOT subject to accident, Transportation, Storage, Improper Use or Misuse, Failure to follow the product instruction or to perform any preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair or alterations, normal wear and tear, or any other external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
4-4 The limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 30 days from its shipment to you, so you have to notify GEEEK of any defect by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of discovery of defect (before assembling the case).
Customers should responsible for ensuring that your package can be successfully delivered. If the package fails to deliver, it will be shipped back to GEEEK(sender), and incur a returned-shipping fee. Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee due to delivery failure.
– Post office: hold mail for 15 days before returning it to the sender.
