How to cancel and change my order?
Already a member:
You can visit “My Account”->”Orders”->”Choose the order number”->”Action: Cancel” to cancel the order.

What shipping method available?
There are two shipping methods available for all international orders.
- Chunghwa Post (Taiwan Post)
- DHL Express
How to track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. The shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped whether you are already member or non-member.
Already a Member: You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting My Account -> Orders -> click Order number to view past orders and current orders that you have placed. From here you can see the current status of your orders.
If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up or ordering successfully, please check your Junk/Spam E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
How long will it take to ship the package?
After checkout, packages are shipped out within 24~48 hours (working days) upon payment. Except for holidays.
What are the shipping costs and methods for the selected item?
Simply add the item in your shopping cart, and select your province/zip code by using the Calculate Shipping to check shipping rates.
Taiwan Post/EMS : Delivery standard applies to business days in the destination (excludes the time for customs clearance)
DHL : Global shipping 2~4 business days (usually include the time for custom clearance)
Which country can you ship?
We can ship to the worldwide. If you can’t find the shipping cost to your destination, please contact us.
Do I have to pay Custom or other fees?
Customs and import duties will be responsible by customers. These fees will be charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
What currency will I be charged in? What about any international exchange rates?
We use USD dollars and for the international exchange rates will depend on Paypal’s charging rules.
